Fixed a few bugs in the saving function in the Adata.m class.
The modifications log is also functioning now and we keep track of all the times a user saved any modification to the adata file

Added a save method to the Adata.m class. It should now save the variables that have been modified and keep track of the changes with a changelog.
Still TODO the check that we are not modifying any activity trace for wf stacks that have been deleted

started working on the Adata saving though the Adata interface
