aesthetics changes to the documentation of Adata.m

Adata.m class now fully supports adding new variables.
Fixed some small bugs and improved documentation.

made arrows stand out on the background by increasing arrow intensity

Fixed a few bugs in the saving function in the Adata.m class.
The modifications log is also functioning now and we keep track of all the times a user saved any modification to the adata file

Added a save method to the Adata.m class. It should now save the variables that have been modified and keep track of the changes with a changelog.
Still TODO the check that we are not modifying any activity trace for wf stacks that have been deleted

started working on the Adata saving though the Adata interface
Implemented setters. Modified variables are shown in a separate group in disp() with the last modification time. Still no saving option

solved a bug in screen2pos.m where the aspect ratio could not be more than 1
also introduced safety margins to avoid figures outside of the screen
