implemented calc_widefield_act.m for 2ch data

Filtered meta_info passed to get_frame_times_widefield to correspond to current stackID, not entire expID.
- bug due to recent change in the way meta_info is loaded in load_exp. (new version loads it from adata, which contains meta_info for all the stacks of the current expID)

Fine tuned the 2ch roing in RoiQuest

trace_imaging: fixed condition checking whether we have trace and raw imaging (.wid & .roi files) vs. trace_imaging only

1. explicit data clearing required to avoid oversaturating the RAM
