Added functionality for roing 2ch widefield data in RoiQuest

trace_imaging: fixed condition checking whether we have trace and raw imaging (.wid & .roi files) vs. trace_imaging only

1. explicit data clearing required to avoid oversaturating the RAM
2. trace_imaging: fixed meta_info loading
