Removed deprecated function to check wf alignment from the main GUI and all the callbacks associated with it

changed the way meta_info is loaded. New: from adata. Old: from .wid file.

Fixed bug when analyzing only .roi files.

Added condition to run calc_widefield_ac instead of calc_ac when there is only .roi file, and no .wid file

In case of trace imaging, load and save meta_info to adata there.
