bug fixes

fixed critical raw_data_status problem that caused multiple sessions to intefere and overwrite eachother. implmenented pseudo locking of the raw_data_status.mat file

added fields for widefield stimulation setup

just a minor change when using the small_figure_window flag

update register_widefield_exp_manual.m to handle 2ch data

Added a horrible hack to load_bin for chronic stacks that have misaligned Z planes.

this is hardcoded and is safe for everyone else

implemented mouse info functionality in kalliope
