- RoiQuest back to normal (removed hack from yesterday, e.g. uncommented check for failed expids)
- Fixed unwrittable register_parameters when activity propagating while activity was already calculated previously. (e.g. added lines 161 and lines 163:

161 m.Properties.Writable = true;
162 m.registration_parameters = registration_parameters;
163 m.Properties.Writable = false;

[Tristan] Temporarily commented the check if registration status was success, cause for some registration in which i used a hack i should have replace by success even if similarity was low, but forgot to do it unfortunately (im changing them to success later in the code but to be able to propagate over the night i need to comment this quickly)

Temporary hack: set m.Property.Writable=true line 162 to be able to propagate ROIs to expIDs
(seems to be set to false when act has already been calculated..)
