Committing test units for the two functions that were committed to core calliope code

Core calliope code change : calc_widefield_act has been updated to work with a for loop (implicit expansion) rather with bsxfun (explicit expansion). This is about 2x faster, but most importantly consumes 800 times less RAM.

Core calliope code change : upgrading psmooth to a faster version that uses single-sorting then insertion, rather than sorting at every step of its input.
