#3 Set all analog outs to zero on Shutdown

Analog outs for things such as the resonant scanner are not reset to zero on shutdown. Conversely, on startup the default value in the control box does not reflect the state of the line. The desired behavior is:

1. Start with lines at zero.
2. Have controls indicate a value of zero to reflect (1).
3. Set lines to zero on Shutdown.
