• Added indexStyle parameter on AdapterService/{project}/{application}/{graph} to re-enable full index.
• Enhanced SDK documentation.

Bugs Fixed

• Fetch Button is unresponsive on AppEditor DataDictionary tab.
• Processing message is not displayed during Fetch.
• Template Specialization cannot be added in RefDataEditor.
• Repositories.xml is invalid in package.
• SchemaName not being written to DatabaseDictionary XML.
• Apps Landing links were broken.
• SDK libs are mixed together and there are unnecessary files in package.
