#25 Can't inventory scroll after an action is selected

If you select any action, you won't be able to scroll the inventory until the action is either completed or cancelled.
The one exception to this is the "Drop" action, where you can click on it and scroll up and down to select the item you want to drop.
But this doesn't work for others such as "Look".
The real problem is "Use", you might want to combine two items together, but after you click the first item, you can't scroll down to click on the second item.
