Added source and binary zip files to the project for beta 0.9. Fixed the problem with the file not on the server also Please send all comments on this project to bmyatt99@msn.com

Because of performance issues i will not be releasing a version including emoticons at this time.
However parsing irc color codes is fast and efficient and i do not see any problems at this time, so tommorow after a little more work i will release Beta 1.

Ill be updating cvs and releasing beta 0.1 sometime the middle of next wk, so everyone please keep a watch !!!
