#2 Link as a Service

It would a useful thing if it could link like a
Service, and have a pseudo-client that sits in the
chatroom, removable by the channel owner, etc.
It should also be a functionality of the opers to chose
whether a person can chose to have it in their room or
not (IE: only removable from rooms by opers, or any
channel owner and decide on it's existance).
