[IrCOMM2k-News] 2.0.0-beta2 released

After a longer period of inactivity a new beta version has just been 
completed. It contains some recent patches of the underlying Linux-IrDA 
stack, fixes a few bugs of the installation process, and improves 
IrMon2k's taskbar visualisation.
