#9 Write Delay Oh No is 2

The following message to stderr is printed occasionaly:
Write Delay Oh No is 2

iirc, the problem is in the debugging module, and this
message
simply means its out of buffer space in the kernel and
userland.

It would be good to fix this problem, or atleast
provide a more
descriptive error message.
