Files beginning with '.' should not be shown (with the
exception of ..), which shouldn't be shown in the root
dir either.

The ".." entry should be made a "standard" accross the
files module as a representation of the ability to go
up a directory level. This ability doesn't exist in the
root directory.

Files beginning with '.' are hidden files, and should
not be shown. Files uploaded with a '.' prefix should
be renamed.
