#3 other programs' start delayed

When Winamp with the loaded IRC Control EX Plug-In (v. 2.55) is
active the start of many other programs is delayed when starting
them by a file association. Example: When double-clicking on an
image file ACDSee needs some seconds longer than usual to
appear - then the ACDSee windows appear, but again it needs
around 0.5-1 second til the image appear. When closing the
ACDSee window (with Escape) it doesn't appear at once but
with a 0.5-1 second delay.

Interestingly this does not
happen with all programs - but still with most.

This
behaviour occurs even with mIRC is closed.

Other
mIRC/Winamp-Plugin which also use DDE do not show this
behaviour.

Though I won't use IRC Control EX for now
anymore (because it is just too annoying) - thanks anyway for it! :)
