I have just installed IQWorks v07.2 along with its necessary app. On trying to "Anlaysis/Old/Perform Analysis" the following message - withing quotes - appeared (NB.: My OS is NOT Windows 7 but WINDOWS 10):

No. Within config there exist only config xml document

I've just checked - I get the same error, and that config file doesn't exist.

What was it you were trying to do with that menu item - I suspect that the function you are calling is not working on a normal install, which is why it is in an 'old' menu. It certainly isn't required to make use of IQWorks.
