#12 Rebin Interval alteration for clarity

Dear Andrew and Ed,

The description "Rebin Interval" in the NPS and MTF routine options is not very clear. I have received a call from an IQWorks user that thought the value may have related to the fraction of image pixels used to calculate things, rather than the frequency scale interval of the results.

I'd like to suggest that the text is changed to "Frequency scale interval (per mm)". If you agree, the text needs to be changed in Process_EdgeLine.cs (line 336), and also in Process_NPS_General.cs (line 116). These line numbers may not be quite right for the latest source code.
