topology files (keepalived.conf, topology.cfg, service.cfg) are readonly at current state.
It would be of great use if ipvsman can write
it's actual (changed) topology back to the topology defining files.
One advantage could be that ipvsman can act as a GUI
for e.g. keepalived with same functionality as for ipvsmand. The changes at the desired state can be used
to generate a new keepalived.conf file and keepalived can be noticed of this changes.
