I can login to IPplan web interface but only create a user and a group. I cannot adjust settings, create a customer, or reset my own password. I am logging in as admin/admin. Can someone take a look?
You need to create a new user and group as you have done. The final step is to connect the user to the group (add user to group). Only once this is done can you logon and create customers etc with the new user.
