[Iptperl-general] problem compiling

Hello,
 
I am trying to get the IPTables::IPv4 module installed and I am having
problems.  I get a Makefile:86: *** missing separator.  Stop. error
every time i try to make.
 
Any ideas?
 
I am using Redhat 9.
 
I tried both the cpan install and a manual install from the tar file. 
Same error.
