#3 Application UI freezes on refresh

Seemingly randomly, the user interface stops updating on Cisco IP phones. The refresh either stops leaving the current screen indefinitely with no updates being seen, or the below error appears:
ASP.NET page: Destination array was not long enough. Check destIndex and length, and the array's lower bounds.
The issue has been observed on 7962, 7961, and 7941 models, although it will likely occur on any model.

    The issue appears to be related to capacity, as when only one phone has the application running, the operation is stable for hours. When 3 phones are running the application, at least one of them will hang for a minute with a "Requesting" message in the status bar every few minutes, and then the behavior of this issue is seen on one or two phones in 30 minutes. If 5 phones are running the application, one of them will fail within 5 minutes.

    It seems that the HomeSeer web server may be unable to process multiple requests at once, or it is possible that this plugin dll is not handling the requests in the most efficient manner.

    The issue appears to be related to the code creating the response not being thread safe. This novice is now going to the books to learn how to do that ;-)
