#186 Ask for user's languages
Feature request.
In the effort of knowing more about the user we want to learn about what is their native language and what languages they are learning.
Changes on User Profile and Registration pages: use this page for inspiration http://www.livemocha.com/users/register in the part of "I Speak" and "I am Learning" components.
For that a new table should be created in the database.
For existing registered (and logged in) users that don't have any associated language(s) in this database: show a sidebar on the right that will ask them for this information. After this information is filled, don't show this sidebar.
