I would use "ephpod" (its a schmall windows program) http://www.ephpod.com/ to copy the mp3 files to the ipod! you can even make an ephpod folder, with= in=20 you place some directory references(is this the correct english word?) and = if=20 ephpod is correctly configured just pressing on the sync and quit button in= =20 the start-programm-menu is doing everything for you! have fun!
