[Ipodlinux-devel] Building Microwindows

I'm having trouble building microwindows.  I follow all the steps 
listed here:

I copy the ipod config file over and then try to make.   However I get 
the following error:

Generating keyctrl.c from bitmap file ...
Error: bits per pixel must be 1, 4, 8 or 24
Conversion failed: keyctrl.bmp
make[2]: *** [keyctrl.c] Error 1
make[1]: *** [subdir-nxkbd] Error 2

Any ideas on how to fix this?
