Hi JC,

Thats great news about the update.  I'd like to get this onto the website but
more as part of a general cleanup of the docs....

One minor point, I have recently added the pad.S stuff in CVS so now it is
possible to use "make boot" to create the linux.bin file directly.

Have you looked at Microwindows at all?  From an earlier message it seems
there are some problems there too on the Mac platform.
