[Ipodlinux-devel] If something goes wrong...

Hi,

I really want to try linux for iPod. I have 3G ipod (10gb without 
docking station, touch sensitive buttons).

First I would like to ask what will happen if I will delete everything 
by accident (firmware all files,etc). Will I be able to restore it with 
iPod Updater app?

Second question is about OS X. I want to install linux to ipod using OS 
X. Is there manual or something like that for OS X? What is ipod 
/dev/xxx represenation for ipod hard disk? I couldn't find it.

Third question is will i be able to easily connect OS X and my linux 
ipod and transfer files between them? As I understand it is possible to 
create tools for iPod with Linux, isn't it?
