[Ipodlinux-devel] 3G Precompiled Kernel and patch_fw

Is it possible to use a pre-compiled kernel and install it on a 2.1 fw? =
It prints: Can only patch fw 1.2x. fw is 2.1

Is that a problem on the pre-compiled kernels part or the patch_fw?

Is there a newer version  of patch_fw

Any help would be greatly appreciated...thanks!
