Hi Martino, The 3rd gen iPods aren't fully working yet. Take a look at the mail archives on sourceforge for more details. Basically though if you use the new bootloader you can use your existing 2.1 firmware (you are getting the broken folder icon b/c you downgraded to 1.2 so you need to switch back to 2.1). cheers, bern.
