[Ipodlinux-devel] New release now available

Hi all,

I've just uploaded a new release to the website.  The kernel patch is
based on the lastest CVS version and so includes the recent updates to
include serial support and the line dicipline driver for the remote
control.  The release also includes a working firewire driver (the
previous patch I believe was missing some pieces!).

In addition to the patch I have also uploaded kernel binaries (both the
"win" and "mac" versions) but more importantly a new root filesystem
archive.  This new filesystem boots the iPod with ethernet support
running so that it can be quickly connected to the host via telnet.  I
will endevour to get some documentation online as to how all this works
soon (unless there are any volunteers!).

For those that can do some testing I'd be appreciative of any feedback
on this update.
