Laptop with 120 GB free. All other software works with no issues. I have used JUICE for over a year on my desktop and other laptop with no problems.

XP Pro SP3. Installed and runs. Does not download. Shows 0% of 0.0 KBS.

Uninstalled and reinstalled. Removed all files including CFG information.

I really like your software and it is the best catcher I have used by far.\ Please give me a clue as to what to change to make it work.
