#167 Directory creating & device synchronization

When a podcast is downloaded, iPodder creates new
directories for each podcast. I would like to see an
option to turn this off.

Also, features concerning MP3 players would be happily
welcomed. Maybe a feature in which iPodder
automatically detects the device, and then lets the
user select when to synchronize podcasts to the device,
along with a "Synchronize now" feature.
