#104 Export episode lists to XML, HTML

Now that I have the ability to export my subscriptions to
xml (see my feature request #1157613), I'd like to be
able to show a formatted list of all the episodes I have
available. Again, export to XML is sufficient, but a
facility to apply an XSLT transform so I can get a nice
HTML presentation would rock.
