I'm also having this problem - enclosures from http://podcast.city-witch.com/ won't download. They show up in the Downloads tab, but just sit there at 0% with a transfer rate of 0. Most of my other feeds download fine for me (though a couple are having the issue where it downloads 100% but doesn't complete the process and so keeps downloading over and over).
