#566 New feature: Feed Limiter

Many times, a podcast feed will be changed by the creator (such as changing hosting services) and that will cause Juice to download all the files in the feed.

There should be a user-configurable threshold for the number of files from one feed that Juice will download without confirmation. If that threshold is reached on any one feed, it should pop up a window which gives the user the option to continue downloading, abort all feeds, or just abort this feed.

That will allow the user to go into the feed and deselect for download any files that he already has.
