#562 Juice no longer downloading episode information

I have 40 subscriptions. As of 2 days ago when I click to download episode info nothing happens. However, I can download the info on my separate laptop Juice. Also, nothing shows up for downloading except for 1 subscription that continues to re-download the same file. It stops at 100% but the icon does not turn from blue to green. error message:
