#554 repeat download when episode name contains non-english chars

when an episode name includes non-english characters such as scandinavian ø,æ,å or french é è ê the programme seems not to be able to record that an episode has been downloaded and the same episodes continues being downloaded over and over. only remedy is to manually uncheck each and every episode as it is downloaded once.

this problem has been noted indiractly in some earlier notes, most recently by gemal 22 jan
