#550 keeps downloading the same episodes on startup

I've checked the download at startup checkbox but juice 2.2 keeps downloading the same episodes every time I startup

to reproduce subscribe to:
http://podcast.dr.dk/p1/rssfeed/p1paaentime.xml

now download a few episodes and make juice check for new episodes on startup

it keeps downloading the same edisodes even though they are already downloaded
