#522 Duplicate entries on cleanup menu

After changing the feed address for one of the podcasts
I listen to, the Juice 2.2 cleanup menu now shows two
duplicate entries for the same podcast. They are exact
duplicates, referrring to the same files, and referring
to the same directory. There is no way to remove the
duplicate.
