#481 Inconsistent podcast name

Under Preferences->Advanced is the option to run a
command after each download and include 1 or 2
variables on the command line. The variable '%n' says
that it is the "Podcast name." The value of '%n' is not
consistent across feeds. On some feeds, %n equals the
title of the ITEM (which it should, I think), while on
other feeds, %n equals the title of the FEED (which is
not helpful in the least).
