#463 In file cleanup, seeing multiple dupe files

I just used clean up to remove downloads. I was only
seeing one entry per download. Now I see 4 entries per
download. No, it is not files share with other
podcasts. I have also noticed when I try to delete
downloads I have listen to by using the uncheck song in
iTune, well, it is always empty now. I must got to
each podcast. Tis brings me to a suggestion. The
clean up list needs to be indexed!!! I hunt to find
the podcast I want to clean up.
