#455 Download stops.

I have previously used the software with a broadband
connection and it worked perfectly. However at 28k it
starts downloading many files (although my preferences
say only do 2 at a time). And after a while the download
stops, or at least it says at the bottom "Live downloads
0" if I quit and restart the software the downloads begin
again. And then stop again.
Sounds like the same problem as submitted by
AussieDownUnder ...
