#448 Closed firewall port causes BitTorrent download to hang.

BitTorrent failure due to closed firewall port
shouldn't stop download. iPodder should swallow the
error and continue the download.

Closing and restarting iPodder causes download to
continue, but this shouldn't be necessary.
