#426 Downloads fail if internet connection interrupted briefly

Hi,

If the internet connection is lost briefly, then
reconnected, all iPodder downloads in progress are
halted until the user clicks on "reconnect".

The bottom line? I come back in the morning, and
iPodder is idle due to a lost, then regained internet
connection during the night.

I've never had more than 25% of my subscriptions
downloaded, despite the fact that our connection could
easily handle that volume of data.

The internet connection here gets lost briefly, then
reconnected, quite a lot. This is due to the ethernet
being unplugged briefly, the router requiring
restarting, the dial-up modem losing the connection and
redialling, or any number of causes.

Need to make it restart after a lost internet connection!
