#416 Suggestion for Media Player - queue files instead of playing

When listening to podcasts with iPodder using Windows
Media Player, it would be really nice when right
clicking on a downloaded file if there was an option
"Enqueue episode in MediaPlayer" in addition to 'Play
episode in MediaPlayer". I can do this by going to the
downloads directory in Explorer, right clicking on each
file, and selecting "Add to Now Playing List", but that
is a pain. Even better would be the ability to
multi-select files in the Downloads pane and add all
the selected files to the Now Playing list.
