#407 Can't Download

Download starts, but then stops after 2 seconds. Since
I have a dial up modem there is no way the 40MB could
have been downloaded. Software says download is
complete. Only 1 kb was downloaded and not the whole 40
MB file. I have reinstalled the software, but the same
problem. I only used software for a couple of days. On
the 3rd day I encountered this problem.
I would like to be able to fix this problem because I
like the software--simple and easy to use. If anyone
has any ideas, please post your reply. Thanks
