I consistently see these errors on startup of v2.1rc1:

<snip>
Wrote 72 entries to C:\Documents and
Settings\cschlege\Application Data\iPodder\favorites.txt
Caught exception parsing opml file.
Traceback (most recent call last):
File "ipodder\outlines.pyc", line 334, in fromopml
File "xml\sax\__init__.pyc", line 33, in parse
File "xml\sax\expatreader.pyc", line 107, in parse
File "xml\sax\xmlreader.pyc", line 123, in parse
File "xml\sax\expatreader.pyc", line 211, in feed
File "xml\sax\handler.pyc", line 38, in fatalError
SAXParseException: <unknown>:1:61: syntax error
</snip>

Problem 1; there's a problem parsing an opml file on
startup (the first line of the message is provided for
context only - the errors always show up after this
line) - is iPodder's parsing too strict? I commented
before (bug
1152880:http://sourceforge.net/tracker/index.php?func=detail&aid=1152880&group_id=118306&atid=681694)
that iPodder has problems with commonly used (if
incorrect) OPML entities.
Problem 2: there's no indication of which the offending
OPML file is, so no opportunity for the user to correct
the problem.

Running on WinXP SP2 on a Dell D600 laptop.
