#383 Can't re-download

Problem can be duplicated as follows:

-Download a podcast
-Delete the podcast, using cleanup, and make sure the
podcast is actually gone
-Refresh feed. Deleted podcast is listed as available
again (as it should)
-Check the box to download the podcast
-Download page immediately lists the cast as downloaded

The reason this is a problem is that sometimes a person
will delete a cast, then decide the need to download it
again. As best as I can tell, Ipodder won't let that
happen.
