#340 Log messages

It would be really nice to have a timestamp on all of the
messages. Very few show a date. It's tough to see
whether or not a scan has occurred. Also, I'm receiving
multiple downloads of the same podcast when I delete
the file. It would be nice to see the name of the
podcasts that are downloaded in the log. This is
occurring on a particular podcast, so I doubt this is an
iPodder issue.
